Not Sure Which Track to Use?
Answer three quick questions and I'll point you to the right setup.
Have you run an Online Update inside the app yet?
Is your carrier name in the dropdown after updating?
Run Online Update first
Open the app, tap UPDATES at the bottom, then tap Online Update. You need Wi-Fi or any active data connection for this step. Once it finishes, come back and run through this wizard again.
Did the connection succeed when you tapped Connect?
Use Track 2 — Custom Tweak
Your carrier isn't in the built-in list. Find your country tab above, copy the payload for your carrier, then tap TWEAKS in the app and create a new tweak with Mode set to HTTP and Type set to normal. Paste the payload and save.
Track 1 is working for you
The built-in config connected on your carrier. You don't need a custom tweak. If your speed drops at any point, run a fresh Online Update or switch to a lower-numbered server (1, 2, or 3 are usually the fastest).
Switch to Track 2 — Custom Tweak
The built-in config is timing out on your carrier. Find your country tab above and copy the payload for your carrier. In the app, tap TWEAKS, create a new tweak, set Mode to HTTP and Type to normal, paste the payload, then save and connect.
