Does this work without a data balance?
Most configs exploit zero-rated loopholes on specific ports or domains that carriers do not charge for. If the config is current and matched to your network, it should work without a data bundle. Some configs need a small balance to initiate the tunnel before taking over — check the individual config notes.
How often are configs updated?
The community uploads and updates configs continuously. When a config stops working due to a carrier patch, a replacement is typically posted within 24 to 48 hours. Sort by "Latest" to always see the most recently uploaded files first.
My network is not listed. Can I request one?
